So we have included a unique service rating comparison feature on our site, which gives independent ratings on the levels of service provided by our panel of car insurers.
The consumer research for our service rating is conducted at least once every 3 months by Research Now - an independent research company.
Research Now only interview people who have had or previously held an insurance policy with one of our insurers. Those interviewed are asked to rate the insurer between 1 and 5, based on the overall level of service received, and the average customer score is used to give us our service rating. The question asked is:
'Thinking about ALL aspects of your contact with your insurance company, how would you rate the service you received?'
Each result is based on a minimum of 50 people.
