Chaucer
Chaucer Insurance first started in the motor insurer business as a Lloyd's syndicate in 1965 and was previously known as Ibex Insurance. In September 2000 the syndicate's development led to rebranding and the formation of Chaucer Insurance. Focusing mainly on the UK private motor market, Chaucer includes non-standard motor and individually designed personal lines schemes within its range.
